Easy to use News System, with a login feature to add/edit/delete
text. If the
timeline is not correct, the news can even be moved forwards and
backwards.
It is written entirely in PHP and tested on Linux/Apache.
The tool doesn't require a database since it saves its data in a comma
separated
file.
